    Cafe at the Gardens is a beautiful serene place to host a wide range of special events such as family reunions, graduation parties, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, weddings, wedding receptions, vow renewals, fundraisers, quinceañeras, company parties for Christmas and holiday events. Cocktail parties and mixers are easily accommodated. The atrium is filled with lush tropical plants, a large indoor koi pond , and  two waterfalls. Cafe at the Gardens has a unique atmosphere that sets us apart from any other venue you will find in the Permian Basin.

If working with an event planner please inform the Café at Alldrege Gardens Event Coordinator, due to limited access. A contract and policies have to be reviewed and signed by event planner.

Lunch Room Rental Hours

Monday- Saturday 11:00 am – 2:oo pm 

Thursday 5:00pm – 9:00pm (Seasonal Evening Hours: March-October)

$300.00 Room Fee

Any Additional Hours will be  $250.00 per Hour

Wedding & Event Center

Venue Hours 

Hours Mon-Sat 3:00pm – 12:00am

Starting rate Mon-Sat is $750.00 for three hours and each additional hour is $250.00 per hour 

Mon-Sat all day rental – 3:00pm-12:00am –  $2,250.00

Hours Sunday 3:00pm.- 12:00am.

Starting rate Sunday is $900.00 for three hours and each additional hour for $300.00

Sunday all day rental 12:00pm – 12:00am  – $3,000.00

A deposit  of  $500.00 is required to reserve the venue date.
